Her work within corporate offices, assisting C- Level Executives, Senior Executives and Human Resource Directors has given her the proper skills and abilities to work with diverse groups of individuals. While working at Convergys Corporation Jasmine established an Employee Engagement Committee that focused on promoting positive employee morale and community engagement. Jasmine has been a guest speaker on Charlotte Community Radio, where she spoke about turning her career as an Executive Administrative Professional into a business. In 2012, her passion to help others sparked the idea of building her own company called Couture Networking; a network that provided administrative support to everyday career professionals and business owners. She then evolved her business model by changingthe company name to Metropolitan Administrative Professional LLC (MAP), in 2014.MAP is a unique at home based business, located in Charlotte North Carolina; providingvirtual administrative assistance. Jasmine’s business provides support to over 20customers through virtual administrative assistance, graphic design, and websitedesign. MAP currently provides support to businesses in California, Michigan, NorthCarolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Kentucky and New York.
When Jasmine is not busy running MAP she enjoys spending time with her son Justus,cooking, exercising, coaching entrepreneurs on best practices for starting their ownbusiness, and building awareness of Autism within minority communities.At the age of five years old, Jasmine’s son was diagnosed with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). She struggled with finding minority parents that were open to sharing their experience on how autism impacts their family. Jasmine felt there was a need toconnect minority parents of autistic children with local support networks.In 2017, herdesire to help the autism community lead her to establishing an organization calledAutism Culture.Jasmine has recently added the title of Autism Advocate to her list ofskills and accomplishments. She currently speaks at Barber shops and Barber schoolswithin the Charlotte Metro Area, in effort of spreading awareness of Autism within
African American and Hispanic communities.Over the last six years Jasmine has established herself as an innovative, dependableand flexible virtual professional. Her personable approach and her vibrant energy hascontributed to her reputation as a mom-prenuer and a successful business owner.Jasmine is currently working hard to continue building Metropolitan AdministrativeProfessionals as a branded corporation known for “Keeping Your Business in Motion.”She hopes to turn Autism Culture into a non-profit organization within the near future.
